Westwind provides a predictable flat monthly fee to our clients. This encompasses all regular day-to-day business of the community including violation notices, architectural requests, and work orders. Normal add-on charges include printing, postage, and storage for the community.
Our onboarding is a thorough process handled by our leadership to ensure a smooth transition. The Board is kept in the loop every step of the way. Our typical onboarding timeframe is 30 days and can be reduced to a shorter timeframe as needed.
Westwind invests greatly into promoting long-term relationships with our clients. This means that we do not charge a transition fee for onboardings with at least 30 days to process.
We recognize that each community is unique. Volunteer involvement, amenities, demographics, and needs can all vary greatly. Therefore, Westwind offers customizable management and accounting services, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Our pricing is based on the complexity and involvement in the services provided.
