Since joining Westwind in 1998, Brian has been involved with virtually every department within Westwind. He maintains his Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designation and obtained the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through the Community Associations Institute in 2006. The PCAM® is the highest designation one can achieve in our industry. Over the years, Brian has served in all three of our Client Experience Teams roles as a Community Administrator, Accounting Representative, and Community Business Manager (approximately 13 years as a manager).In 2010, Brian joined our executive team to help to establish the foundation for our Company's future. In 2011, we were honored and proud that he was elected President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute after serving on the Board for several years. Serving in these extremely critical positions, Brian actively and successfully improved our local chapter / industry over a 6-year period from 2008-2013.We were proud to promote Brian to be our Chief Financial Officer in 2013. As our CFO, Brian was responsible for setting the standards that promote and ensure the accuracy and checks and balances of our accounting department. As of July 1, 2016, Brian became our Chief Executive Officer, CEO. His passion for the company and industry significantly impacted his desire to purchase the company as of August 1, 2018. He has continued to lead our team over the years in a way that helps us fulfill our purpose of Helping People Live Better Lives!
Brian TerHark

Joining the Westwind team in 2005, Jesse brought passion, discipline, and organization to our Information Technology functions. With a Bachelor of Science in Network Engineering and several Cisco and Microsoft certifications, he transformed the company's infrastructure. Enterprise-grade equipment, security, and processes became standard practice. In an ever-evolving technology landscape, Jesse maintains focus on evaluation and implementation of tools, systems, and services for our clients, vendors, and employees.Jesse grew from Network Administrator to Director of IT. He became a member of our Executive Team in 2017 and has been proud to serve as our Chief Information Officer since January of 2021. While he continues to oversee technology as our CIO, he also serves as our Integrator. As Integrator, Jesse drives results and facilitates smart solutions to issues, providing focus for the team resulting in unity, prioritization, and follow-through. He does this through harmonious integration of the Leadership Team with the Vision of the company while removing obstacles and barriers. Jesse's success in the Integrator role allows us to serve our team and clients with excellence!
Jesse Flageolle

As the Chief Financial Officer of Westwind Management Group, Candice plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company's financial health and success in the dynamic and ever-evolving Community Management industry. Candice has held various key positions within Westwind Management since 1999 to include Accounting Representative and Controller, in which she supervised the Accounting Department and worked closely with Board Members and our Community Business Managers to ensure we were consistently offering best-in-class accounting services within our industry. As the CFO, Candice is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Westwind Management Group to include budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. She also collaborates with our Team to develop strategies that enhance the company's overall performance and deliver maximum value to our clients.
Candice TerHark

Silvia joined the Westwind team in 2008. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Business Management degree, and has continued her industry specific education, and is credentialed by the Community Associations Institute as an Association Management Specialist (AMS�) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM�). Silvia has progressed in the company from her initial position as a Community Business Manager, then was promoted to Lead Manager, and served as Director of Management Services. She took over as the Chief Operating Officer as of December 1, 2023.Her focus on the highest level of operational and support services, particularly in mentoring and developing the Department Directors, reflects her strong commitment to both personal and team growth. Silvia's emphasis on core values and the importance of demonstrating and encouraging them throughout the organization is indicative of her dedication to fostering a positive and value-driven work environment. In addition, Silvia's belief in the importance of good communication aligns with the idea that successful relationships, whether internal or external, are built on effective and open communication channels.Silvia is a gifted problem solver, who operates with an ongoing proactive approach; staying informed about industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and value-added solutions to both the team and all of our clients, as a result.
Silvia Gregory

Angela was born in Washington state and has lived in Colorado for over 40 years. Prior to entering the industry, she and her husband owned and ran a custom home building company for 20+ years. Her familiarity in the building arena allows her to communicate with vendors and developers on a level that comes with years of hands-on experience and knowledge. Angela has vast experience in the community association management field, having successfully managed all types of associations ranging from homeowners associations and condominiums to health club facility administration.Angela joined our professional family in 2018 and serves as Chief Branch Officer & Director of Operations for Northern Colorado. She also serves our new clients by assuring a smooth and effective transition to Westwind as our Onboarding/Transition Manager. As the Onboarding/Transition Manager, Angela's main focus is to establish Management Services Set up, including Maintenance Status Updates, Contacts with Business Partners / Vendors, Creating First Board Agenda / Packet, Establishing Feedback Reporting / Management Action Items, Board Orientation and Training, Establish preferred and efficient communication methods between Board and Management, as well as Owners, in order to build and enhance our long-term relationships.
Angela Stevens

Having been in the industry since 2012, Danaly joined Westwind and the executive team in 2025 as our Chief Relationship Officer. Danaly encompasses a rare mix of social and analytical skills with her bachelor's in mathematics from CSU and a talent for friendly and thoughtful relationship building and leadership. In addition to her extensive management experience, Danaly has a passion for HOA and Metro District legislation and sits as the Chair of CAI's Colorado Legislative Action Committee. Danaly has earned her CMCA, AMS and finally the PCAM in 2021. Danaly enjoys educating others about the industry and presents regularly at conferences, online, and in person to management companies, realtors, board members, and builders. Danaly's most recent role included business development, marketing, and sales, and as CRO she will be focusing on Westwind's growth, ensuring client success and satisfaction, and expanding Westwind's positive impact on communities in Colorado and future markets.
Danaly Howe

Janelle has been a valued member of our team and a high-level performer with Westwind Management Group since 2003. Born and raised in Kansas, she reflects a strong work ethic, as well as impeccable customer service focus, management and leadership skills. She possesses a real dedication to the values and mission of the firm, which coupled with her personal integrity and ambition, provides our clients and the team she leads with extraordinary care. She takes great pride in engaging personally with the management and client services teams in follow-up, communication and support to execute with excellence. Janelle willingly accepts the challenges that inevitably arise with grace and competence. Liana joined Westwind in 2019 as an Administrative Specialist, where she was instrumental in supporting multiple Community Business Managers and clients in a variety of communities, including being a part of the new client onboarding team. She has been an administrative professional and leader in the HOA industry for over 20 years, and she continues to provide exceptional service for homeowners, Board Members and vendors. In 2021, Liana earned a promotion to the position of Director of Administrative Services, providing leadership, and playing a key role in mentoring and management for all administrators in the department. She continues to make significant contributions as the administrative leader for the new client onboarding team. She really enjoys working with this team when bringing on new clients, to build relationships with not only the board members, but the homeowners as well. Every community is different in their own way and figuring out the uniqueness of each community in order to best serve them is both fun and challenging.
Liana Way

Israel joined the Westwind Management Team in May 2023. He was born and raised in the open plains of Wyoming and has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. Prior to entering the industry, he spent 10 years in the life insurance industry as a Licensing & Contracting Manager. He has a Building Contractor Class B license in Colorado and OSHA 10-hour certification. His background includes both hands-on field experience as well as project management and construction management experience for over 7 years, and reflects a strong work ethic and attention to detail. He enjoys working with contractors and engineers to facilitate projects from start to finish.Israel is known for his professionalism and building relationships with our clients and vendors. His familiarity with the HOA Construction industry helps identify the work to exceed client expectations. As a key team member and Director, he delivers positive results to our clients by taking ownership and responsibility throughout the life cycle of a project. His enthusiasm for creating a new department has provided value to the team.
Israel Soto

Rachel is a dedicated member of Westwind Management Group, LLC and has been with the company since 2009. Initially serving a Community Administrator and promoted to a Community Business Manager in 2015, she is well-known for her professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to client service. Because of her proven management and leadership skills, she was promoted to Lead Community Business Manager in 2024. Rachel leads a team of exceptional managers'providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them grow and thrive while meeting client needs and expectations.She also provides the highest quality onboarding services, resulting in a strong foundation being built with each new client. She values collaboration, proactive communication, and building / nurturing long-term relationships. Rachel is passionate about contributing to a strong, unified team and delivering thoughtful, reliable service that helps communities succeed.Rachel earned and maintains both the CMCA� (Certified Manager of Community Associations) obtained in May of 2016 from CAMICB and AMS� (Association Management Specialist) designation obtained in April of 2018 through CAI. She continues to manage a small portfolio of communities, ensuring each receives personalized, superior service, and also providing her the opportunity to remain connected to the roles and responsibilities of a manager.
Rachel Simmons

Tara joined the Westwind team in June 2008 as a Community Administrator, bringing with her a strong background in customer service. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.In 2013, Tara was promoted to the position of Community Business Manager. She earned her CMCA� designation in 2013 and her AMS� designation in 2022. In 2022, she was promoted again, and continues to serve as a Lead Community Business Manager, supporting a Management Team of up to eight individual managers. She is committed to enhancing her knowledge of both Association and District management through continuing education through the Community Associations Institute and Special District Association.In addition to her work mentoring and supporting the managers, another primary focus includes onboarding new clients. She is exceptional at creating a solid foundation for the client relationship and helping establish high standards for members of the client experience team in serving the client.Originally from California, Tara moved to Colorado in 2005. Outside of work, she stays busy with her 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family.
Tara Segura

Amy Jo joined the Westwind family in late 2020. Previously, Amy Jo worked in the education field and has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She is an organized, friendly, and highly competent professional. She loves making real connections with people, and challenging herself to attain new skills, which makes her a great fit for the community association industry. She is excited to grow and learn with Westwind. Amy Jo enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, hiking the beautiful Colorado trails, and cooking for friends and family.
Amy Jo Axe

Originally from California, April moved to Colorado in 2014 and quickly became impressed with the beautiful state and all its seasons. April joined Westwind Management in August of 2016. Prior to joining Westwind, she worked in management with a large retail box store. She brings a wealth of customer service expertise to our organization which is displayed each day. She spent four years as a Community Administrator and has since become a member of our Community Business Management Team. April takes great pride in personal follow-up and communication. She is currently serving a large scale single family residential development community, focusing on attention to detail and positive impact on homeowner relationships in design review processing and compliance reviews.
April Delgado

Brook joined the Westwind team in May 2014 as a Client Care Administrator. After more than a decade in that role, she transitioned to the position of Community Business Manager on November 1, 2024, where she continues to focus on her passion for helping others. Whether assisting clients or collaborating with the team, her dedication shines through. Outside of work, Brook enjoys traveling, cheering on her son at baseball games, and spending time with her dog, Griffey.
Brook Ramirez

Christine Williams, who is a highly experienced and credentialed manager, joined the Westwind professional family in early 2017. She has over 20+ years' experience in the property and association management industry, and began her career as an assistant on-site manager for an apartment complex in Oregon. Through that position, she quickly learned the ropes and moved up to full duty manager positions within the same company. Christine was introduced to the HOA industry after relocating to California. At that time, she was working with a company that also focused on continuing education, so was afforded an opportunity to earn both her CMCA and AMS credentials through CAI during her 8 year tenure there. She has since added the Colorado CAM license to her credentials. Christine recognizes how fortunate she has been to build relationships with all the wonderful and knowledgeable people who have mentored her over the years, and has used her abilities to successfully manage all types of communities from condos and townhomes to single family homes and commercial HOAs. She is currently serving as our On-Site Community Manager in one of our many prestigious communities.
Christine Williams

Erin has been a community management professional since 2010. Her mother and business partner have owned a property management business in Southern California since 1999. Erin started out as a Customer Care Representative and worked her way up to becoming a Community Manager in 2015, earning her designation as Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in March in 2016. Erin earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Charles Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a minor in Communication.Erin relocated from Southern California to Colorado August of 2016. Here in Colorado, she continued her professional career in association management. Accordingly, Erin earned her Community Association Manager (CAM) License from the State of Colorado in 2016. Erin takes great pride in providing the highest quality of customer service and ensuring that goals are met and tasks for communities get completed in a proper and timely manner. Erin enjoys creating positive, long lasting, professional relationships with homeowners and Board of Directors, as well as the service providers in the associations. Erin is enthusiastic and excited to further her career in association management as a part of the team.
Erin Flageolle

Joy joined Westwind in 2025 and is known as a catalyst for community, cultivating positive relationships among community members. Prior to joining Westwind, she worked as a community engagement manager at a new master community being built by a prominent developer in Loveland, Colorado. She has over 20 years' experience working with community boards and mobilizing efforts for quality outcomes. In 2020, Joy earned a Master of Education, specializing in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change from Colorado State University. She is future oriented and committed to the well-being of individuals, communities, and the region.Joy has also fostered vibrant communities through her volunteer work with United Way of Larimer, Colorado State University, and Junior Achievement and helps empower others to do what they do best with ease, excellence, and enjoyment as a Gallup Certified Cliftonstrengths ' Coach. Joy is a graduate of Leadership Loveland and Leadership Northern Colorado and serves on the LNC steering committee.Joy is a proud mom of two adult boys who fill her heart with joy. She is from Michigan and makes frequent road trips to visit family, enjoy beautiful beaches, boogie board, and eat fresh blueberries. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, growing in her relationship with Jesus, baking, reading, hiking, and watching sunrises.
Joy Nyenhuis

A 2023 graduate from Colorado Technical University with her bachelor's in business administration, KateLynn has come to the Westwind team with an energetic outlook and positive mindset for the community management industry. Gaining first-hand customer service and hospitality experience as a hostess at Olive Garden at the start of her career, she has since continued to develop and hone her service-first demeanor and superior emotional intelligence skills as a Concierge of luxury apartment buildings. KateLynn has spent most of her life in Colorado, and while moving dozens of times around the state, she can confidently say that Colorado is the best place to be and like no other. Her superpower is her ability to leave each person she encounters better than she found them, by sharing her bright smile and engaging laughter. KateLynn is an amazing addition to a team which recognizes and celebrates her positive nature and puts it to good use in service to our client communities! Katelynn's passions include gardening, avid audiobook listening and video games of all sorts.
KateLynn Smith

As a well organized, focused professional, Kelly joined Westwind in 2022. She brings with her more than 15 years of industry experience, both in Colorado and Arizona. She is a CAI Member and holds her AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation. She prides herself on exceptional customer service, listens compassionately, and dedicates herself to understanding the issues presented in order to solve the problems which often arise in common interest communities. Her clients can rely on her to help tackle their challenges, while providing efficient and effective management services and creating a productive and well-organized community operation. She enjoys nurturing relationships with her Board Members as well as homeowners and vendors. She has resided in Colorado since 2011 and loves golfing and anything outdoors.
Kelly Martinez

Luis was born in Hawaii and raised in Puerto Rico; he has been living in Colorado for over 25 years. Prior to joining Westwind, Luis was an engineer with Comcast, specializing in customer relations, data entry and data monitoring. He sincerely loves helping people, which is evidenced by his steadfast commitment in the customer support space for over 8 years. He has both technical skills and people skills and takes great pride in exhibiting effective and consistent organizational management, while promoting good communication with anyone he encounters. This includes being bilingual. He knows how to focus on doing the right thing and getting things done right! Using these skills as well as his strong foundation in customer relations, he excels as a community manager. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the Colorado mountain roads on his motorcycle.
Luis De Jesus

Mark joined the Westwind team in 2022. He brings a wide and varied background from engineering - building and managing broadcast stations, to education as an instructor and administrator, as well as in property management. His exceptional abilities in relationship-building and customer service focus were evident in his management of senior-living and multi-family communities from 55 to 300 units. He most enjoys the relationships formed with clients, residents, vendors, and boards. Being an Excel 'guru', he naturally enjoys budgets and reporting but loves to roll up his sleeves and tackle some fun capital projects ' especially a remodel or facelift. After being active with his own condominium HOA, Mark decided to make this his career.Mark grew up in Wisconsin and has lived on both coasts and finally made Colorado his home in the mid-90s. As a dedicated and life-long learner, he went back to school, earning a 21st century MBA, a Colorado ALR Administrator license, and is continually seeking classes and certifications to stay current with industry knowledge and improve in his personal and professional growth. Mark loves being in the mountains any time of year camping, biking, or snowshoeing and grilling for his family most weekends.
Mark Walker

Roxanne joined Westwind in October 2022 bringing 12 years of incomparable customer service experience with her. She began her career in the HOA Management Industry in 2018 as a frontlines team member, addressing any inquiries for homeowners. With her stellar performance, she quickly worked her way up to a Community Association Manager. Roxanne not only shows a strong work ethic, but also proactive and effective communication and time management skills. All of these attributes ensure smooth day to day management operations and quality service for clients. She is competent in all aspects of industry standards and has a goal to earn the Professional Community Association Manager certification. Roxanne's focus is to be supportive and resourceful for her clients resulting in harmonious living within her residential communities. She has established trustworthy and loyal working relations with clients and staff in order to make this a reality.Roxanne is a bilingual Colorado Native who loves all the seasons Colorado brings. She spends her free time in the gym, hiking, and traveling the world.
Roxanne Chaparro

Sam is originally from New Mexico and made the move to beautiful Colorado in 2016 to continue growing both personally and professionally. With a background in Credit Unions and nearly seven years of experience in property management, Sam has developed a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to excellence.Sam takes pride in his keen attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of his work is handled with precision and care. More than anything, Sam values the relationships he builds with his clients, believing that trust, communication, and personalized service are the foundation of success. Whether navigating complex property needs or finding the best solutions for his clients, Sam's goal is always to provide a seamless and positive experience. Sam Marquez

Shirley joined the Westwind Team in 2024. A proud Colorado native, Shirley brings over 11 years of experience in the HOA Community Management industry. Since earning her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation in 2017, she has expertly managed a diverse range of portfolios, including metro districts, retail, commercial properties, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family associations.Shirley is passionate about finding innovative ways to enhance the communities she serves. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, she strives to deliver exceptional service to both boards and association members.Outside of work, Shirley cherishes time with her fiancé and three grown children. She's also a devoted dog mom to two tiny Yorkshire Terriers who keep her smiling!
Shirley Forbes

Tammi joined Westwind in November 2024, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience in real estate and property management. With more than a decade spent specializing in property and association management, she has had the opportunity to manage a variety of property types, each offering its own unique learning opportunities. Tammi is passionate about fostering strong relationships with Boards, homeowners, and vendors, and takes pride in providing exceptional service and support. A lifelong learner, Tammi is particularly proud of her role as a trainer. She believes in empowering Boards with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and ensuring homeowners have a clear understanding of their HOA. Her commitment to education and knowledge-sharing is central to her approach.When she's not working, Tammi enjoys gardening and unleashing her creativity through various craft projects!
Tammi Martin

Bethany grew up in the Bay Area and earned her bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior from UC Davis. In 2006 she moved to Colorado where she met her husband and discovered her love of numbers & passion for helping others understand them, as well. She started her career in the industry as a Property Manager and has been steadily climbing the accounting ladder ever since. With over 17 years of experience in Accounting, Bethany has been serving the financial needs of Denver, Colorado Springs, & Fort Collins area Homeowner Associations for the past 10 years.Bethany joined the Westwind team in July of 2019 as the Director of Accounting Services. She is a strong and effective leader of the Accounting Department, provides exceptional service to our client communities by interacting with Board members and conducting Board financial training. She also prepares monthly client financial statements and interfaces with banking and investment partners, as needed. Bethany is a key member of our new client onboarding team, as she completes the financial conversion from prior management financials to the Westwind system. She oversees and collaborates with the Accounting Specialists & Accounting Representatives to problem-solve and improve processes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the accounting functions. Her enthusiasm for learning processes and generating efficiency is a great asset to the team.
Bethany Zweygardt

Dilan started in the Manufacturing Industry in 2021 as a jr. accountant, and he earned his bachelor's double degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of the Incarnate Word Campus Bajio in 2023. Following this, he started his career in the HOA Management Industry and joined the Westwind Professional Family in February of 2024.Dilan is a team player, always willing to help and back up anyone who needs it. As an Accounting Specialist with his great organizational skills and detail-oriented approach, he ensures accuracy in financial statements. His priority is to provide clear and consistent information to internal team members and clients, answer any financial-related questions, and go above and beyond to provide solutions and improve processes. Dilan, as part of the onboarding team, collaborates to guarantee a smooth transition process for the accounting client services. He also leads board training, where he has discovered his passion for teaching, and making numbers easy to understand.He enjoys spending time with his mom and friends, creating memories of what he calls the simple but wonderful things of life. He is a foodie and always tries new food, drinks and desserts.
Dilan Medina

In 2013 we were privileged to have Anais join our business family. She learns at the speed of light, is a great multi-tasker and enjoys receiving new responsibilities. In December 2014, Anais received her bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Hospitality with an emphasis in Tourism and Events Management. Anais is a native of New York but loves living in Colorado. Anais loves to spend time with her family and friends, enjoys concerts, dancing, planning events, traveling and discovering new adventures.
Anais Torres

April Jones joined the Westwind Team in July of 2024 as our Client Services Administrator. With formal training in hospitality and business management, April brings over 15 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service. A Colorado native, April has an expertise in organization and multitasking, consistently upholding a strong work ethic. Outside of the professional world, April is an avid reader and finds joy in creative pursuits such as sewing, cross-stitching, and exploring all things textile crafty. With a blend of dedication, creativity, and a passion for personal expression, she approaches each project with attention to detail and enthusiasm.
April Jones

Price is a dedicated professional with an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking and Science. Hailing from Colorado, he has built a successful career over the past 20 years, with a primary focus on customer service and, more recently, specializing in Financial Services for the past 15 years. Known for his exceptional organizational skills, Price is a meticulous planner who is passionate about helping others. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling, camping, and engaging in home improvement projects. A collector of comics and a devoted family man. Price also dedicates his time to animal charitable events, demonstrating his compassionate and nurturing spirit!
Brian Price

DeEtt is a Colorado native; born in Denver but then her family moved to a small Colorado town near the Kansas border. After college, and in search of some additional professional growth opportunities, DeEtt moved to the Denver metro area. She came to the Westwind team with several years of customer service experience in real estate related work and in the senior living industry. In particular, she has contributed almost 20 years' of dedicated, quality service in the real estate arena. Plus, working in the senior living industry provided experiences which led to her overall growth in both work and in life. DeEtt maintains a heart for these folks after working with them and that background feeds her service-first and caring disposition. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.DeEtt brings exceptional value to our team by assisting with completing financial statements, facilitating bank signature card updates as necessary, and providing accounting onboarding services for new clients. New Client onboarding responsibilities include helping owners set up their Westwind portal, set up autopayments, as well as answering any questions with regards to their balance. Her experience with customer service makes her an incredible asset to the team.

Julia was born and raised in Golden Colorado and spent 28 years in the Fort Collins area, raising a child and pursuing her career. She moved back to the Denver area six years ago to be closer to family and has been working as an Accounting Representative ever since. When she isn't working, she enjoys reading, watching movies and playing with her puppy Lulu. Vacations are always centered around visiting her child, Rikki, in Portland and traveling to see concerts in other cities.Julia joined Westwind in 2024 and is excited to be a part of the Team! She brings 17 years of experience in Association Management and 30 years in the industry. Quality customer service is important to her. She exhibits exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Her enthusiasm for creating efficiencies in accounting processes has added a great deal of value to the team.
Julia Mcfadden

Prior to her 2003 arrival at Westwind, Lynnette honed her accounting skills and knowledge with 8 years in the accounting industry. After her 2 year introduction into Westwind Client services, she moved to our team accounting division to provide that same exceptional level of care.Growing up in Pueblo, Lynnette developed a real small town attitude about service to clients and now the clients in her purview enjoy that special added follow-up and care that permeates through all of our Westwind Staff. She assures a responsive answer to urgent issues and always takes a proactive 'can do' approach to all of the challenges she receives on a daily basis. Due to her continued accomplishments, Lynnette was promoted to our Closing Services Administrator and we are thrilled with the great job she is doing in that position.
Lynnette Maury

Rachel joined Westwind in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. She came to the team with exceptional and long-term experience in high quality customer service and customer relations. She proved her skill and dedication to the company's values and in meeting our clients' needs, so was quickly promoted to the position of Community Administration Specialist, where she provides direct tactical support for the Administrative Department, monitors efficiencies in systems, makes recommendations for procedural improvements, and engages in new client onboarding responsibilities, in addition to supporting a client portfolio. Rachel excels in processes and logistics, making her an ideal contact for homeowners in our new client communities, as it relates to onboarding. She has demonstrated capabilities in problem solving and critical thinking to handle urgent issues in our communities. She is friendly, attentive, and responsive, and enjoys working through the intricacies and unique scenarios and priorities presented by various communities.

In 2008, we were thrilled to have Audrey join our business family. Audrey exhibits confidence, knowledge and style in all that she does. She takes great pride in providing an unparalleled level of customer service to both her client communities as well as in her support for the Community Business Managers who are part of her Management Team. She remains a source of valuable input and direction in day to day operations for our entire Administrative Team. In addition, as a very talented photographer, Audrey also provides us with incredible and beautiful shots of the communities for use on our client websites.

Since joining Westwind Management Group in January 2024, Jeremiah has been dedicated to enhancing the communities we serve. Starting as a Community Administrator, Jeremiah quickly transitioned into the newly created role of Community Services Administrator. In this capacity, they focus on optimizing covenant enforcement inspections and facilitating homeowner communication, all while embodying the company's core values of doing the right things right and helping people live better lives. With a background that includes studies in Sound Engineering and African Diasporic Studies, Jeremiah brings a unique and diverse perspective to their role. Their approach is driven by a commitment to "bloom where you are planted" and to continuously enrich the neighborhoods we manage.
Jeremiah Richard

Kiefer has lived in northern Colorado since 2007 and enjoys the music scene and many water features available here. In 2015 she happened upon the community management industry. She started her career in a front-line service provider role and quickly grew to appreciate the many facets and opportunities in association management. While she's worn many hats, from call center supervisor to association manager, Kiefer's favorite role has been as a trainer. Kiefer joined Westwind in 2022 and is excited to be with the Team! She brings invaluable skills, insight and a winning personality to our Fort Collins branch office as both our Community and Office Administrator, as well as the onboarding administration specialist for new clients served by our Northern Colorado operation. As the Onboarding Administrator, Kiefer focuses on collecting and updating homeowner contact information and compiling association data in an easy to access and understandable format. All incoming questions, either regarding the association or in the transition to Westwind management, are routed and responded to by her.

Originally from New York, Perla recently moved to Colorado, where she's embraced the outdoors and a love for travel. She is passionate about learning, always seeking opportunities to expand her skills. When she's not working, Perla enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending quality time with her family, and friends. Perla Torres

Originally from the great state of Kentucky, Chris has added southern charm, poise, enthusiasm and her high level of professionalism to the Westwind team since 2001. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University in Hospitality & Institutional Management and a minor in foreign languages (German and Spanish). Chris spent over ten years in the hotel management industry, in guest services and housekeeping, as well as serving as District Manager of Operations for a national extended-stay organization. Chris is focused on customer service that exceeds expectations and her very qualified experience and educational accomplishments reflect her desire to excel.We were thrilled to see Chris easily obtain her CMCA� designation in early 2001 and her PCAM� designation in 2012. Chris has also served our industry on the Colorado Legislative Action Committee, several CAI-Rocky Mountain Chapter sub-committees as well as a volunteer for several charitable organizations. She was nominated and received a Manager of the Year award in 2012, finishing as one of the Top 50 portfolio managers in the nation.She has been involved in the executive-level direction of our firm's future since 2010. After providing incredible service to our clients as a Community Business Manager for 14 years, and focusing directly on managing our operational and support services, she continues mentoring and developing our professional team as Training Specialist. She continues to improve and enhance our policies, procedures and organizational systems to meet our vision, mission and values.
Chris Herron

Ana brings a positive and upbeat demeanor every day and into any situation. She exudes professionalism, enthusiasm and spirit in her work, drawing on her over 8 years of customer service and event planning experience. Born and raised in Denver Colorado, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health and a Spanish minor from Metropolitan State University in 2014. This experience allowed her to shine by working in a fast-paced environment while she was studying yet able to maintain her support and assistance for her family's business. Since joining the Westwind team in 2018, she has proven herself to be an exceptional addition to help with meeting our goals of superior client services and overall development of our professional family. When not at work Ana is traveling, being a 'foodie', or enjoying time with friends and family.

With 7 years of experience in customer service and tech support, Hermes is passionate about helping others and solving problems. Originally from Xalapa, Veracruz, and now living in Guadalajara, he thrives on learning new things and taking on fresh challenges. His skills in multitasking and time management have helped him efficiently balance a variety of tasks and deliver top-notch service. Outside of work, he enjoys wrestling, walking, and always seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. He believes in the power of continuous learning and is eager to face whatever comes next!
Hermes Solis

Alexis brings several years of HOA board experience to her role and is excited to apply that background within the property management industry. She offers a strong administrative foundation, paired with exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Alexis earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in 2007.
Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys collecting and listening to records, cooking, and exploring new cuisines. She’s also a proud self‑proclaimed cat enthusiast who loves spoiling her two cats, Kita and Xochi.
Alexis Jennings

Jessica joined the Westwind team in 2001 as a Community Administrator. After being promoted to a Community Business Manager approximately one year later, she worked for the next 13 years managing a wide variety of portfolio clients. First becoming a CMCA certified professional, Jessica then went on to earn additional designations through the Community Associations Institute. The highest level international credential which may be obtained in the Association Management industry is the PCAM designation, a credential Jessica retains today.Jessica's passion for the industry has been obvious in her approach to trade-specific challenges such as document review, construction defect project management, financial oversight and budgeting, board education and conflict resolution. Throughout her tenure, she has become well-versed in the intricacies of community association management, leadership, and best practices.In 2015, Jessica transitioned into the Executive Assistant role with our company supporting our CEO, COO, CIO, and CFO. From there, Jessica served as our Director of Administration and Client Services. As a direct result of her dedication and her superior professional, proactive and detail-oriented approach, Jessica transitioned into our Chief Administration Officer role which evolved into our Chief Relationship Officer role.Currently, filling a vital role in the onboarding of new clients and the continued administration of documents on behalf of all our clients, Jessica serves as our Client Document Administrator.

Emily joined the Westwind professional family in 2022, sharing her exceptional traits of compassion and patience. This makes her ideally suited in her role in client services and as a key addition to our administrative support team. She was raised in Colorado and attended Colorado State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. Emily spent several years following her time at CSU working with children, particularly children with special needs. Emily reflects both high quality service and sets high standards in her approach to both in her personal and professional life and has a knack for problem solving. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, going on adventures with her nieces and nephew and leaning into her creative side.
Emily Gilliland

Darlyne has lived in Denver her entire life, along with her 5 siblings. She comes to Westwind Management with prior experience in retail, and while the community association management industry is very different, she likes the controlled and steady pace of her work area responsibilities. She is an avid learner and excited to continue to learn new skills. She is a detail oriented and organized person, who is great at multitasking. In addition, Darlyne is very open-minded, which allows her to generate positive and creative ideas. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and baking. Another passion is travel, and she cannot wait to travel the world.
Darlyne Moreno

Rob Swier comes to Westwind as a retired firefighter who dedicated his 22-year career to protecting lives, saving property, and serving the public. Intertwined with years of responding to emergencies and saving lives, he brought that same hands-on expertise to the construction of world - building homes, restoring structures, and mentoring others in the trades.But his proudest role? Being an engaged dad to three incredible kids. Together, they seize every opportunity to explore the outdoors'whether it's biking/hiking rugged trails, camping under the stars, or chasing adventure wherever it leads. Their bond is forged in fresh air, muddy boots, and shared stories around the fire.Rob continues to lend his skills to community projects by volunteering for the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado and Wyoming and lives by the values that shaped his life: service, integrity, and love for family.
Robert Swier

Rita joined Westwind in 2021 and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant of Vendor Services. Rita's entry into the HOA industry began when she purchased a home in Aurora and joined the Board of Directors of her HOA. Soon after she served as President for seven years. She was a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of CAI serving on the HOA Council and participating in CLAC and other activities. She served as President of CAI-RMC in 2010. Rita retired from Lockton Companies in 2019 where she served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer for 18 years. She truly enjoys working with the vendors to help ensure their success with our staff and portfolio of managed properties.
