Westwind Management Group was founded on April 16, 1986, by Tim and Bonnie Larson, 40 years ago. The company was formed to provide excellence in community management, administrative and accounting services. Westwind has continued to excel in great service, raising the bar for the community management industry in Colorado.
Our company purpose is to Help People Live Better Lives every day! On July 1, 2016, the company transitioned to Brian TerHark as its new CEO and as of August 1, 2018, he is now a second generation 100% owner of Westwind.
