PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT TOWN CENTER METROPOLITAN DISTRICT AND EBERT METROPOLITAN DISTRICT ARE NOT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS, BUT SPECIAL DISTRICTS. There is no statutory requirement for Special Districts to produce document packages of information for real estate sale transactions such as homeowner’s associations, however, as a service to the community and other interested parties, here you will find various documents for the Special Districts and Sub Districts within the Town Center Metropolitan District and Ebert Metropolitan District, aka Green Valley Ranch North, as provided to our firm. The information provided may not be all inclusive and is being provided for informational purposes only.

To understand what a Special District is and how a Special District operates, please visit Colorado Department of Local Affairs. Homeowners should be provided a tax certificate at closing, but may obtain the information at any time from the taxing authority.
