There is no statutory requirement for Special Districts to produce document packages of information for real estate sale transactions such as homeowner’s associations, however, as a service to the community and other interested parties, here you will find various documents for the Special District as provided to our firm. The information provided may not be all inclusive and is being provided for informational purposes only.
